The second-floor kitchen and dining area are equipped for convenience with a dining table seating 8, a kitchen bar for 2, and a well-appointed kitchen featuring a coil stove top, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and more. The adjacent living room offers seating for 6, a sleeper sofa, and entertainment options like a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player. A laundry area with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities is also conveniently located on the second floor.

Upstairs, the third floor boasts a master suite with ocean views, two queen-sized beds, and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations with various bed sizes and shared bathrooms. The house and location were beautiful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. We were disappointed in a few things. We love to cook, and kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots & pans were very old and have seen better days. The coffee maker has a broken mechanism so the hot water pours back into the reservoir. There were no beach chairs, thankfully we brought our own. We had hoped to have access to the garage. We would also recommend a better assortment of games suitable for children. The beds were all comfortable, and the beach was lovely. We would consider returning next year.

I’m sorry about the worn kitchenware, broken coffee maker, lack of beach chairs, garage access confusion, and limited kids’ games. I’ve reported the cookware and coffee maker to our maintenance/housekeeping team so we can replace or repair items, and we’ll review adding beach chairs and more children’s games. No TVs worked when we first arrived. Both coffee pots were left dirty, Microwave was also dirty. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay

Very satisfied with the house and furnishing. An air fryer for the kitchen would have been a plus or a crock pot. Had two handicap people would have been nice be be able to use the elevator. Some step over the dune like the house next door would have been nice the older folks in our party. Overall a very positive experience. It was plenty of room to have all of of family together. Would definetly stay here again.

Kure Beach stay

Overall positive experience. Quiet uncrowded beach, friendly neighbors and businesses. Only negative was that check in at 4pm, we arrived after 4pm and cleaning crew pulled in behind us. So we stayed on porch while they did the cleaning, evidently problem with regular scheduled crew.

Graduation Party

We booked this property for my daughters graduation from UNCW. It provided sleeping accommodations for all of my family. It would be nice to have bathing options on the main floor for my 80 year old parents. Stair climbing was a little difficult. Overall it was a great place with lots of space and room to spread out. The porch, swing and outdoor eating area were our favorite places to hangout.
