The location was perfect. Walking distance to some stores and restaurants and the boardwalk. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely book this again. Beautiful view.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est tout simplement idéal devant une plage magnifique. L’appartement est grand, il a deux chambres et deux salles de bain, ce qui est très pratique et une superbe vue sur le coucher du soleil et accès à la plage à pied à 20 m. Rien!!

The water has a LOT of iron in it. It would be nice if they put a filter on the water line...if there is one then the filter needs to be changed. The Boardwalk to the beach had a bunch of nails sticking up and could be a very bad potential foot injury to someone.

The unit had the BEST VIEW. It is exactly as pictured. Brought three older teens there for Spring Break and all had a great time taking in Wilmington and beach.

We had a wonderful time at Shore Beats Work! The location is great- walkable to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and coffee! The space is incredibly clean and well appointed- it had everything we needed to cook dinner 3 of the 4 nights we were there. The deck is spacious with lots of seating and the view is unbelievable! The only negative I have is the queen bed in the primary room is very uncomfortable and loud. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This was a great stay for me and my two friends. We enjoyed being beachfront and having lots of space. The front and back balconies are spectacular and offer great views.

Location was great. Price was great. The sand could have been cleaned out of the dryer. The beds could have been softer. The clothes in the top drawer of the nightstand were there when we arrived. Why don’t any of the rentals have emergency escapes?

The condo was great! It has an amazing view of the ocean. Very peaceful. Easy to walk to any restaurant nearby. The place was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and has everything you need to use on a daily basis. Would definitely come again and recommend to others!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Beautiful view, clean & comfortable condo within walking distance to restaurants & shops. Great to be able to walk right out onto the beach. The view from the balcony is incredible. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing was the cleaning fee was significantly higher than we were expecting and more than what we typically pay on Airbnb.

This condo is fantastic! It’s spacious, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located right on the beach with an amazing outdoor deck. It had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend getaway.
