Parking for one car is included, and the home’s layout is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or groups. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living room balcony or the private balcony off the master suite.

The main living area on the second floor features cozy seating with two love seats, a couch, and a Smart TV for entertainment. Step out onto the balcony with seating for four to enjoy fresh ocean breezes. The adjacent kitchen and dining area include a table for six, counter seating for three, and modern appliances like a fridge with an ice maker, flat-top stove, and drip coffee maker—perfect for preparing meals and gathering together. A convenient half bath completes the second floor.

Upstairs, the third-floor master suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. **Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted one parking space, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes.
