Sands V is a beautiful oceanfront condominium complex featuring a lovely outdoor pool and a pristine, uncrowded stretch of Carolina Beach. Unit 3A, an Oceanside condo, offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct beach access—just a few steps down, and you're on the sand. Located on the top (third) floor, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit boasts an extra-large deck accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, where new bar-height chairs and a pub-height table provide the perfect spot to enjoy stunning ocean and sunset views. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a private bath, and sliding glass doors leading to the deck, allowing you to wake up to the sunrise over the water. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a full bathroom, and its own patio overlooking the pool.
Designed for relaxation and convenience, the condo includes free WiFi, cable, and flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, along with streaming access on the living room TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, blender, microwave, and coffee maker, while additional amenities such as a washer/dryer, books, games, and a spacious deck enhance the stay. Beach and pool access are just steps from the parking area, and a common outdoor grill area is available for barbecues. A ground-floor storage closet is stocked with beach essentials, including chairs, a surfboard, and sand toys—just bring your flip-flops and swimsuits, and you're all set for a perfect beach getaway!

Access was easy and convenient. The location, view, and pool are wonderful. Perfect arrangement for our family with a teenager. More bath and kitchen towels would be helpful and an updated TV in the main room would be nice. We had to rewash the dishes before use, but that is a temporary issue.- Reviewed On: 8/7/2025
We were texted the code to get in and that was great. The only thing I would suggest is that in the text message add the information on where to pick up the parking pass. The room was great with a great view.
