Welcome to Pickleball Paradise! This beautiful home, located near the beach, features 2 bedrooms and an extra single bed in the loft, which comfortably sleeps 5 guests. With modern appliances, stylish furniture, and elegant decor, you'll feel right at home.

Enjoy a fantastic, heated pool where you can luxuriate in style. For sports enthusiasts, there's a private pickleball court, a basketball half court, and a Ping Pong table. Take advantage of the bicycles, beach chairs, and a lush astroturf yard. For added convenience, a 6-person golf cart is available for an additional charge.

The property offers ample parking space for up to six cars. You'll also have access to a private, fully fenced-in yard, complete with outdoor furniture for relaxing and unwinding during your stay. Pickleball Paradise is the perfect getaway for fun, relaxation, and adventure!

POOL HEATING NOTE AND LIMITS: This unit has pool heating capabilities ONLY during the timeframes of April 19th - May 17th and September 20th - October 18th. Pool heating is available for an additional cost of $600 to guests who visit during these timeframes and the pool will be heated upon arrival, weather permitting (rain and low temperatures will impact the ability to heat the pool. The heater can only bring the pool temperature to 10-15 degrees above the lowest temperature of the day).

Carolina Beach is a perfect family-friendly destination with a variety of attractions to keep everyone entertained. Families can stroll along the lively Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its rides, games, and local shops, or explore nature at Carolina Beach State Park, home to hiking trails and rare Venus flytraps. Nearby, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher offers interactive exhibits that kids will love, while Freeman Park provides beach access for fishing, swimming, and camping. Don't miss the historic Kure Beach Pier for fishing and ocean views, or relax at Carolina Beach Lake Park with paddleboats and playgrounds. For active fun, Tony Silvagni Surf School offers surf lessons for all ages. Carolina Beach has something for every family member to enjoy!

We had the best time at Pickleball Paradise! The house was so clean and wonderfully appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed to pool, basketball hoop and pickleball on Friday when it was sunny. On Saturday and Sunday, we explored the area, fished at Carolina Beach State Park and played ping pong in the garage. It was a little rainy but enjoyable. We will be back for sure!

It was very nice, just an issue, the vacuum didn’t work, it wasn’t charged and it wouldn’t charged. I hate to leave dog hairs behind when we leave. Also, I wasn’t too happy about service people coming while we were there. We have 2 dogs and it wasn’t very convenient with workmen there, and then the landscapers also came. I think you could have these services done during the turnover on Saturday or give up a week of rent and have the workers come and get everything done. Just a suggestion.

I reported the vacuum to housekeeping so it will be repaired or replaced and a charged unit will be ensured going forward. We loved our stay in Carolina Beach! The house and outdoor amenities were perfect for our week at the beach. Highly recommend renting the golf cart to get around town and not have to worry about paying to park.
Only downside was the realty company didn’t communicate that they only provide starter supplies for toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags. Had we known we would have prepared ahead of time. Also highly recommend bringing your own bath towels. They only provide one per person and they are terribly thin and worn out.

The house was fantastic we loved the private pool, pickleball/basketball court, and backyard space. The golf cart was awesome and our dogs favorite activity, we didn't get in our personal vehicle the entire week because we could drive to everything. The golf cart was registered for parking so we didn't have the hassle of paying for parking. The bikes were great we enjoyed evening bicycle rides. This place has everything you could need in a great location.

The perfect place!

This home is just like the photos! The giant fenced in backyard was great and perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed the extra amenity of having our own pickleball court. The location was just right and in a quiet neighborhood. Hope to be back soon!

We had the best time at this adorable beach house! It was super cute inside and out, and just felt so cozy and welcoming. My husband and our pups loved heading to the beach, and we loved how many fun things there were to do right at the house.
The basketball hoop, grill, golf cart, pickleball courts, and private pool were all amazing—honestly, we barely went out to eat because we were so comfortable and happy just hanging out there. As two educators, it was exactly the kind of relaxing spring break we needed.
The owner was awesome—super helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. It really was a top-notch trip, and we’re already talking about when we can come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pickleball Paradise. The house was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and more. Our family had so much fun playing pickleball and shooting hoops as well as driving the golf cart. The host and owners very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
