SL1517: Sunflower House

POOL HEATING NOTE AND LIMITS: This unit has pool heating capabilities during the months of mid-March through May & Labor Day through October. Pool heating is no additional cost to guests who visit during these timeframes and the pool will be heated upon arrival, weather permitting (rain and low temperatures will impact the ability to heat the pool. The heater can only bring the pool temperature 10-15 degrees above the lowest temperature of the day).

The Sunflower House built in 2016 is another in our line of LaVecchia Built Homes. This oceanfront 7-bedroom home is specifically built and designed with the large vacation family in mind.
