Tre Sorelle is a cozy, canal-front duplex with a unique layout offering shared amenities between its two sides, along with some private spaces to enjoy. Nestled right on the canal with its own boat slip, this charming rental provides stunning views and beautiful sunsets, all within close proximity to beach access. With complimentary WiFi, central heating and air, and ample driveway parking for two to three cars, the property is well-equipped to accommodate a relaxing and convenient stay. Outside, guests can unwind on one of two canal-front decks or cook on the gas grill, making Tre Sorelle ideal for both quiet evenings and social gatherings.

Inside, the second-floor layout includes a kitchen and dining area with seating for up to ten guests—six at the dining table and four at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances, from a refrigerator with an ice-maker to a drip coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and even a crock-pot and teapot. The living room on this floor offers seating for seven and access to Deck #1, which features a table and chairs with seating for four, providing a comfortable space for family time or watching TV. Additionally, this floor includes a laundry area with a top-loading washer and dryer for added convenience.

Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements provide comfortable accommodations across three bedrooms. We had a wonderful stay and loved how close we were to the beach. Not having to take a car and find public parking was what we were looking for. The king size bed. My wife and I slept in was very comfortable and we slept well! The view of the canal was stunning. One night I woke up to use the restroom at about 3 AM and the moonlight was hitting the water on the canal.

We had a wonderful stay. I appreciated the quieter north end of CB and the house is a short walk to Freeman Beach Park at the very northern tip which is fantastic for peaceful morning runs watching the sun rise! The house is on a quiet pretty street right on the intercoastal waterway and several back porches look out over the water. We enjoyed sunsets on the private dock.
While the house is a bit more dated than other airbnb's I have stayed at, it is VERY clean, beds are VERY comfortable, and rooms are HUGE. And, the location can't be beat; a short walk to the beach and right on the waterway.
The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, utensils, bakeware for making meals, but plan to bring your own oil, salt, pepper, seasoning, coffee, etc as these are not provided.
Overall we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Celebrating my 40th trip around the sun at the “Tre Sorelle” house on Florida Ave with my favorite people was everything I could have hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, the house was spotless, welcoming, and beyond comfortable. The beds were so cozy we honestly didn’t want to get up… but with views like THAT, we had no choice but to roll out of bed and soak it all in.
The dock was one of our favorite parts — fishing, enjoying the water, laughing with family and friends, and taking in views that were absolutely to die for. Every single moment felt peaceful, fun, and unforgettable.
A special shoutout to the sweet neighbor beside us that weekend — I’m not sure if she lives there year-round, but her peaceful spirit and kindness added even more warmth to our stay. Truly an awesome neighbor.
Between the views, the comfort, the memories made with my famILY, and the overall experience, I genuinely could not have dreamed up a better 40th birthday weekend. It was unbelievable. 🙏🏻☀

Wonderful

The house was very spacious. It had a great view of the marina, and I liked that it was not too far of a walk to the beach. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no curtains to cover the big glass sliding doors at night.

Cute home in a great location. Nice waterfront view. We saw two cockroaches and some ants during our 3 night stay. The dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes well and smelled bad. Make sure to note that many amnesties are not provided; we needed to buy extra paper towel, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher pods, etc. Other than that the place was really great, checking in/out was easy.

This is a location where we definitely would return. View was killer, very spacious. It's a duplex. . It was very clean. Front facing canal is all glass and view is really spectacular. Took a while for us to realize and find the power blinds that lower across entire front for nighttime privacy. Nothing is posted inside the unit about blinds, cable tv, etc. Beds were very comfortable too. We really did enjoy our stay. Looking back, there were only three of us for a mini 3 nighter and I do feel like the addtl fees are somewhat excessive. Could be in line with everything else in the area but there were no crowds, kids have gone back to school, definitely not high season.

We really enjoyed our stay. The value for the money was by far the best part. It’s a big place with a water view and a dock for a very reasonable price. The beds had to be brand new because they were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked. The management company was very friendly and helpful. And the description and instructions were accurate and helpful. One negative is that they need an exterminator. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen (we had to throw away some food) and it was in another review too. And unfortunately we saw at least 10 cockroaches. It had just rained a lot, so it’s not concerning, but should be addressed by a professional exterminator. But we loved the place and would definitely book again in the future!
