We were pleasantly surprised by the updates to the house since the listing photos were taken. We had more than enough room for 6 adults and 2 children and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat. Visited Wilmington for some shopping one day, visited the boardwalk and restaurants within walking distance of the house another day, and spent the rest of our vacation relaxing on the beach.
