Boardwalk 301 is a comfortable oceanfront third-floor condo offering all the essentials for a relaxing beach getaway. The unit is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles (One oversized vehicle and one car. There is not enough space for two trucks or two oversized vehicles). Towing is strictly enforced; passes must be present. GOLF CARTS NOT ALLOWED PER HOA!

The kitchen features modern appliances, including a flat cooktop stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and both Keurig and drip coffeemakers, ensuring you have everything needed for meal prep. The dining table seats four, and the living room, with a pull-out sleeper sofa and smart TV, opens to an oceanfront deck, perfect for enjoying the view.

The condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The ocean-view master bedroom includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV with cable, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Location and space were perfect! I like the fact of you literally being able to walk to restaurants and never have to move your vehicle. Could use a deep clean! Also, the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Fun, relaxing beach weekend in great location!

Best location to the beach and we could walk everywhere! Many stairs to get to the unit, but definitely worth it! Realty company told us early check in was all set but code was not activated. Took time & several calls to get corrected. Once in the unit, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

Nice clean place with great views! The stairs was a pain to carry our belongings up to the room. We had about 6 flights and no other means to get up there. We also had two coffee machines, but not any coffee to put in either. For the price I feel like that should have been provided as most places do.

we had a maintenance issue but they handled it appropriately and were very responsive with issues. There was a mildew smell in 2 closets, so we didn't use those. I realize moisture issues are hard to control in beach locations, but hopefully they can address it for future guests. We would stay here again.

The condo is cute and cozy. The location is awesome- right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view.. The beds were comfortable. The shower heads are low ( I’m 5’7” and had to duck to get under for hair washing) but the water is hot with good pressure. I did have to wash the master bath rugs as they had someone else’s hair on them. The kitchen was well stocked except for the old damaged toaster. The listing says it has a drip coffee maker but i had to ask for one and it was brought on our last night. The reason for the low rating is Carolina Realty not responding to our concerns. When we got here there was a bag of dirty linens at the door for the whole stay. The toilet in the guest bathroom didn’t flush and worse, there was a note from 10 days before taped to the toilet saying that it did not work. I left a text message the night we arrived about the toilet and followed that up with a voicemail the next day. I never received responses except for a text on how to check-out.
