"Our recent vacation to Carolina Beach was awesome! Carolina Beach Realty made it such an enjoyable experience. The beachfront home we rented was everything we thought it would be ..... an adorable cottage, clean, great furnishings, and perfect location! There is so much attention to detail in everything they do. The staff at CBR was extremely friendly and welcoming! We have rented from them multiple times and will continue to use them. We are already looking forward to another stay!"

"We have stayed at "The Pearl" a total of 4 weeks out of the last 4 years. The facility is right on the beach, has a beautiful kitchen, and the master bathroom makes us feel super fancy. Anytime we've had a concern (need a new light bulb or some small matter needs attention), somebody from the realty company gets us taken care of ASAP. We will continue to make family memories here for many more years!"

"We chose Carolina Beach as our annual family beach trip this September. What an awesome time it was; the home was spacious with 4 bedrooms and baths and very tastefully furnished. It was 1 block from the beach and provided a cart for lawn chairs and beach equipment but we chose to put the 2 year old twins in instead. There is much to do in the area. We went to many walks along the beautiful shore (very clean white sand), plus a day laying out, a trip along the boardwalk and a trip to the aquarium. We had a choice of so many good restaurants in the area too. We hope to return here next year. Carolina Beach Realty was very organized in their checking in and out processing and very quick to help with any concern we had."

"It was smooth sailing staying in a house on Carolina Beach! The realtors are very laid back and the house was in great condition when we got there. The only thing to change would be that I thought there was a pull out couch, but it wasn't. It worked out great though and the couches looked practically new!"
