Every property has been in good shape and as advertised with no issues. One year we did have a maintenance issue with a broken table and they sent someone the same day to repair."

"It was a great company to work with. Very easy to find and very easy to use. Rental was spotless and looked great. Had only one problem,while playing football in back yard, the football flew on a balcony and we could not retrieve it. Called the office and they had it back to us in just a hour or two. Would stay again. In fact already planning next years trip back to the same spot. You won't be sorry you used these guys."

"We were looking for a beach rental property where we could get together with our extended family for a week of relaxation and fun together. With a group consisting of four generations; from two years of age to over 80, our mix of needs is pretty hard to meet. However, we found our stay at Kure Me to be just what we were looking for. The location is outstanding, it is hard to be closer to the beach - no problem for any of us to stroll on over. The surfer in the group even commented on how good the conditions were for surfing. Amenities included everything we could want - privacy and plenty of bedrooms for quiet when we needed it; but plenty of space to gather together for group action. The pool was so close, and just right for the little ones, not yet fully capable swimmers. The elevator is a real plus as well for moving people and material to the various levels. The kitchen was modern, clean and fully functional; no need to bring dishes, utensils or any kitchen tools. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived; no surprises. All in all, this was all we could have hoped for in a family vacation rental."

"Everything goes so smoothly with Carolina Beach Realty. Reservations are so easy. Any questions are answered very quickly with phone call or e-mail. At check in I'm like, " that's it, we're good!" "yep, that's it, enjoy your stay." In the past, I have had some pretty bad reservation and check in experiences with other companies. Honestly, when it comes down to two rentals to pick from, and it has, It will be the one with Carolina Beach Realty. "For my wife and I our summer vacation is all about one thing - FAMILY! Our three grown children, their spouses, and our 4 grandchildren are scattered all around the country. That makes our week at the beach a very treasured time for all of us. This year we looked to Carolina Beach Realty to help us find the perfect rental. We wanted a house right on the beach with enough space to accommodate our growing family. Carolina Beach Realty got us exactly what we needed and more! The Banana Cabana checked all the boxes for us. It is a beautiful house, right on the beach, with plenty of bedrooms and opened spaces for congregating and relaxing together..It also came with a private pool and hot tub, which was even more than we had hoped for. We appreciate the professional and friendly way we were treated by Carolina Beach realty and plan use them again in the future."

"My family visited Carolina Beach for 7 days in July 2015. We stayed at Casa De Bamma Jazz on Bowfin Lane. This was arranged through Carolina Beach Realty. The accommodations were exactly as described and pictured on the website. We had six adults and four children and we slept comfortably. The unit had modern appliances including a washer and dryer which used daily. Three and half baths and generously sized rooms. It is only a block away from the beach with easy access. I cannot praise Carolina Beach Realty enough for their service. We started this process about a year in advance and they made it very easy. The staff was professional, informed and accommodating throughout. I especially liked their informative and timely emails. This is a quality business throughout that can be trusted to deliver a great service. We look forward to visit Carolina Beach again. I highly recommend Carolina Beach as a vacation destination when booked through Carolina Beach Realty."

"A few weeks ago, we took our family on a last minute trip to Kure Beach before school started. Carolina Beach Realty provided excellent service. We had a wonderful vacation home to stay in. It was available prior to the expected check in time. Everything was more than we could have hoped for. We didn't have to be concerned with linens, etc. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We could just relax and have a good time. The group at CBR are terrific. Couldn't ask for a better company. We will definitely be staying with them again and encourage others to do the same!"

"My family and I visited Carolina Beach , August 15th for a week. We just absolutely love this area. Renting from Carolina Beach Realty is the best thing I have done. The staff are very friendly, pleasant, and outgoing! They make your check in and check out easy and painless. You don't have to run around for linens because when you stay a week during the season it is provided for you. The house has always been clean and beds made ready to go when you arrive. I recommend this company to all my friends and family going in and around the Pleasure Island area!"

"The is the second year we have rented from Carolina Beach Realty and we have found them very helpful in finding perfect rentals for our family. Our rental property was perfect for 3 young adults, 2 senior parents, and a dog. It was beautifully appointed with lovely amenities in every room. Carolina Realty's service and housekeeping was impeccable and they were very easy to work with. This year's house was in a wonderful neighborhood with a porch facing the neighborhood and was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy coffee at sunrise or a cocktail as the light faded. We also loved all the local activities from the Tiki Bard, great restaurants, and historic Fort Fisher. We enjoyed everything!. Thanks for finding the perfect place for us."
