This condo is equipped with Indoor Air Quality technology within the HVAC system that works to safely clean the air inside the space. The patented technology creates a plasma field filled with a high concentration of positive and negative ions. As these ions travel with the air stream, they attach to particles, pathogens, and gases. The ions help to agglomerate fine sub-micron particles, making them filterable. The ions kill pathogens by robbing them of life-sustaining hydrogen. The ions breakdown harmful VOCs into harmless compounds like O2, CO2, N2, and H2O

"Very well kept rental - clean, updated design, comfortable beds and linens, fully stocked kitchen. I could spend the entire trip with the view of the ocean on that porch. The rental company was very proactive with communication. Parking is tight and neighbors can be heard coming in and out of building and above you, but it is a condo. I would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful view and natural light. Had all of the comforts of home. There are 28 stairs to climb. Surface clean but under the furniture and floor mats were not very clean. Neighbor to the left is a full time resident, I would recommend considering that when deciding whether or not to stay here. This is their home. So if your party will be loud and rowdy, this probably isn’t the place for you."

"Great Beach Condo Rental - My extended family and I had a great vacation at this fun beachfront property! The house was large enough and just a boardwalk away from the sand! This second-floor condo has great ocean views from the outdoor deck, plenty of open space to spread out inside, a nice updated kitchen for cooking meals, comfortable beds, and a great lounging couch! "Great, relaxing vacation spot! - Doorsteps from the beach with nice views of the beach, this is a great rental condo! Property was well maintained and just like the pictures showed (stylish fixtures, etc.) Seemed like a bit of overkill from the management company with close to a dozen emails and requirement to download an app for this property, but once you were at the beach, it was a very relaxing and nice time."
