Boracay Upper is a beautiful oceanfront vacation rental property! This unit comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests. Boracay Upper consists of the top two floors of a three-story, free-standing home, Boracay, as a 3BR 2000 sq ft basement condo occupies the bottom floor (called Boracay Lower). A stunning open floor plan on the building’s second-floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of seating to accommodate guests. Walk outside onto an oceanfront deck and enjoy private beach access that leads to the white sandy beaches of Kure Beach. The deck has plenty of chairs and tables to relax or enjoy a meal.

"We couldnt have asked for a better week at Boracay! We found the all of the rental procedures to be very easy through Carolina Beach Realty. We loved the area of Kure Beach, and being able to walk down to the pier or out for ice cream or coffee was so convenient! We loved the area, with plenty to do in nearby Carolina Beach and in Wilmington. We found the house to be plenty roomy for 21 guests, and the kitchen to be spacious and well-stocked. Overall, an amazing, 5 star stay! Just a few notes not in the description, there were 2 mini fridges in the living room and master bedroom that were great for water and drinks, and an ice make in the kitchen."
