"This home is beautiful and some of the features have been updated since the photos were added online (bedding and furniture). The appliances all worked well, although the refrigerator has seen better days (broken shelves/drawers). Our only concern was sharing this house because it was a duplex. The guests on the other side had middle-school aged children who enjoyed singing and dancing loudly at 11:00 PM and we had to ask them to please keep their noise level down which they finally settled in about midnight. They also didn't do a great job cleaning up their belongings around the pool and we had to do that for them while they were out and about the next day. Just wish everyone could be courteous of others they are sharing common space with. Other than that, Carolina Beach and its surrounding areas are a favorite place for our family to vacation."

"Fantastic location and even better views - Plenty of space for 4 couples and then some. Balconies enhance the evening and morning coffee experience. Very comfortable. Just be sure to take some toilet paper. There were two or three rolls but for a group of 8 with 5 bathrooms it just wasn’t quite enough. Would def rent again."
