"Perfect location to see the sunset over the intercostal and watch the waves of the ocean from the other side. Only a mile to the boardwalk and less than I mile to the pier. Spacious place with plenty of room for bigger groups. We had a few hiccups along the way but Carolina beach realty was quick to attend to any matters that were needed and open for feedback."

"Great relaxing week! - Although there was a small mix up with the online description of the property we had booked. The local property manager straightened everything out and found us a place that fit our requirements.
Places super clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a great week of vacation.
It was within walking distance of restaurants the pier and a straight shot across the street from the beach access.
We will definitely be returning. Excellent experience was had by all."

"Great service from Carolina Beach Realty. We had a couple of minor issues and they were responded to quickly and resolved during our stay. The house was clean and well maintained. Communication is always clear and timely. I have rented with them for several years now and will return again. Thanks for another great vacation!"

"The pictures do not do this property justice. Beautifully decorated. Excellent location with stunning water views from every window on the top level. Each bedroom has a private balcony which make it the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a day at the beach. The home is located a short 3 minute walk to the sand and they have amble chairs and umbrellas for guest to use. When COVID forced us to cancel our trip to Hawaii we looked endlessly for the perfect place for our family and friends to gather and we found it with Seabatical. We loved it so much we are already looking forward to planning our return to this property next summer. Bonus: Carolina Beach Realty were really terrific to work with."

"This house is in an amazing location and just a short walk to the beach. Rooms were spacious and well cleaned....great layout gave our large group privacy when needed and a great common area that could hold us all for dinners and game night. The owners thought of everything from the elevator, the well stocked kitchen with all needed appliances , and the beach accessories including a wagon and numerous beach chairs. This was the perfect place for a stress free and relaxing beach week with friends and family. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in the area... can’t wait to book again!"
