Welcome to Southpark by the Sea. If watching the sunrise is in your plan, you will be thrilled to have an easy 50-yard walk to the ocean. This home away from home has two decks for enjoying morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening after a fun day at the beach. You are a few steps from watching the fish boats depart or arrive and dock with the fresh catches of the day. This home has all the amenities for a comfortable stay at the beach and is within walking distance to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, downtown activities, and restaurants. You literally do not need to get in your car once you arrive!! If you prefer to stay in and cook, you will be pleased with the quantity and quality of kitchen dishes and utensils. Spend the evening in the homey living room watching TV, reading a book, or listening to music. This three-bedroom condo has a new mattress in every bedroom! This condo was purchased for me, my wife, children, and grandkids to have a place to go to relax, enjoy quality family time and build lasting memories for generations to come. We hope you too can do the same and consider our condo to be your home away from home!

"This was our first trip to Carolina Beach, and somewhat of a last minute trip for our family of four. We really loved this place! Location (while not ocean front) was the next best thing. It was tucked between the beach and canal, so it was a very short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Pleasant views from front and back porches of the canal and beach. We had two reserved onsite spaces for parking, which is a hot commodity on the island. The home was very clean and updated, just like the photos in the listing. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it was well-stocked. Bathrooms, washer/dryer, and beds were great too. There were some stains on the carpeting and bedspreads, but everything was clean. (Clean is a HUGE deal for me!) Communications, including check in and checkout were great - very clear, friendly, and responsive hosts. We loved our visit, this property, and the host! Hoping to visit again soon!"

"Southpark By The sea - We typically stay at other beaches but enjoyed our family time at this place. The parking was a little confusing, but we figured it out that we had 2 stalls. There were some garbage or some sort of "drip stains" on the porch and stairs, I assume it was the previous renters, I had to clean the deck and stairs.
The AC works great but the air flow is very loud, hard to hear the TV... when it was blowing. May need to adjust air handler to reduce overall air flow.
The access to the beach and restaurants was easy and quick. We had a great time, created forever memories."

"Great location - Our stay was great. This property is really close to the beach and the boardwalk. The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness is because the couch and chairs had stains, but other than that it was really clean."

"We just wrapped up our week stay at Southpark by the Sea and cant wait to go again! The location is perfect- we walked everywhere, tons of restaurants close by as well as the boardwalk, no shortage of things to do. The balcony has a perfect view of the fireworks on Thursday nights which my kids really enjoyed. The kitchen is fully stocked- had everything we needed for at home meals. (Highly recommend ordering a crab pot from Cape Fear Boil Company) The wine fridge was a nice touch, we always bring good wine when we travel so this was a bonus for us. Also the King bed was very comfortable. We will definitely come back to Southpark by the Sea!"
