NO electric or battery-operated vehicles are allowed (including scooters, bikes, and battery-operated golf carts… gas golf carts are allowed.

"Perfect spot for our needs. Had ampul space and provided plenty of towels and kitchen ware. Rooms were spacious and the deck you could see the ocean and was so nice to be on in the early mornings/evenings. We have three kids (2 of them under 3) and had to move some breakable things to a high shelf but other than that it was very kid friendly. Check in/out was very simple and the host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. Great experience and would highly recommend."

"Short And Sweet Family Vacation - From the check in process to check out time, this is one of the best stays we have had anywhere in a long time. Spacious rooms that weren’t faked for the internet? Absolutely! Very clean space can’t even tell there was a last guest? Yes sir or ma’am! Fresh linens? You betcha! This place was amazing. Very very sort walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and the fact that it was easy and I didn’t have to worry about anything makes me beyond happy."

"We had a wonderful time at Breezy! Location was perfect, easy walking to beach access, boardwalk and restaurants. Condo was clean. Parking was the only difficult part as the 2 assigned spots are small. We have 2 SUV’s and we’re able to make it fit but if you have larger vehicles the parking might be tricky. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be back!"
