Located on the far south end of the complex, this top floor, corner unit with extra view window, has direct beach access and includes incredible amenities like multiple outdoor pools, recreation center with indoor pool and spa, locker rooms, dry saunas and workout gym. This unit is just minutes to the Aquarium, Fort Fisher Historical Museum, Fort Fisher Pier and the Fort Fisher Ferry Boat which will take you over to the charming town of Southport. *Starting Saturday, April 1st the Rec Center Hours of Operation will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days a week. April 1st will also be opening day for all three of the outdoor pools. The pool hours will be 9 a.m. to dusk. Just a reminder that the outdoor pools are not heated.*

"Review left on 6/9/2022 This is a fabulous condo, in a prime location on a beautiful beach! This part of the beach didn’t get too crowded, even on a 3-day weekend. The condo is very well equipped with most everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen has high-quality cookware, lots of dishes and glassware, and cooking implements. The beds were comfy, the baths had lots of storage room, and the living spaces had very comfortable furniture, all with a great view. It’s easy to get to the beach from the unit (there’s also an elevator), and the pools are an easy few-minutes walk. We were quite comfortable on the only day it rained to sit and read and watch the ocean. We had a lovely stay and plan to return."

"Review left 7/27/2021 Right on the beach with beautiful views from the deck for sun or stars. Condo is nice and adequate. The walk in shower was very helpful for older people. We had a great stay. The only thing negative is there is not 2 parking spaces The 2nd space is a sand dune. We had to park one car in the recreation center parking lot across the street and block down. Overall a nice place and the kids enjoyed the pool and beach"

I do have one suggestion, I’m not sure if we missed this somewhere, but if we didn’t have a 19 and 21 year old with us, we’re not sure if we’d get the fan in the guest room working. Instructions on which app to take would have been helpful."
