Our group thoroughly enjoyed Hakuna Matata. The bedrooms and common areas were spacious and easily accommodated our group of 10. The decor was contemporary and tastefully "beachy." We loved the large dining room table, wine fridge, two kitchen sinks and dishwashers, and outdoor decks. This house is definitely on our favorite list!

This house was perfect for our big family. It was very spacious and clean. The two decks gave us a great view of sunrises and the pool was a great place to stargaze at night. The inviting views and well planned kitchen made dinners and entertaining a breeze. Thanks for making our visit to Kure beach memorable. We would definitely return to Hakuna Matata!

We come to Kure Beach every year with our family and the lay out of this house was one of the best for large meals/gatherings. The kitchen was stellar with a HUGE fridge and two drink fridges. The pool was spacious and clean and the reality company responded quickly when we needed the pump fixed. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space or multiple families to have their own rooms/bathrooms. It is right next to a public beach access point, so it does get a bit crowded at times. We ordered chair/umbrellas to be set out each morning- so we always had a beach spot with no problems.

This is the second year in a row we've rented this beach house. It sleeps 18 people and with a large family plus friends, we are able to comfortably fit into this home. The kitchen is amazing (although you do need to bring some of your own accessories if you're a real cook). The views are incredible from both the upper and lower decks. The pool is non-operational in the winter. We will rent this home again; it's now part of our family tradition.

House was just what I expected, beautiful in every aspect. Very clean, everything worked perfect. We had a small issue with one of the smoke detectors needing a battery and we had no problem contacting the office and someone was out to repair it in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this rental.
