PROPERTY SPECIAL NOTES AND RULES & REGULATIONS:
NO SMOKING anywhere on/in the property or decks, at the pool or in common areas. Smoking on deck breaks fire code and can be reported.
Parking is in the driveway ONLY, not blocking the road. Guests may NOT park in the grassy area closer to the pool due to stormwater utilities underneath!!
HOA takes all garbage and recycle cans to the street on Mondays and returns them on Tuesday mornings after emptied. Guests should not bring them back because they are numbered for each house.
The Pool is open from dawn until DUSK. Guests should please be considerate of neighbors who live next to the pool and clean up after yourself. There is a garbage can by the pool entrance.

Our family loved using the top floor deck to watch the ocean, sit and enjoy our coffee, watch the turtles and fish in the pond, and play board games. We made multiple trips to the beach as it was a very short walk from Soulshine. This is a great place for larger groups as it is very spacious. We are looking forward to our next visit!"

"Soulshine is a fabulous rental with loads of amenities. The house is beautiful, with a relaxing top floor ocean view balcony! Perfect for a morning coffee! It’s a short walk to the beach and pool. We encountered few crowds and there was great access to nearby restaurants and shops. There’s a paved trail nearby for walking or running as well as a park if the kids need a break from the ocean! I would definitely recommend this rental!"

"Wow! From the moment we drove up the home was perfect. So much space. New and clean rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking and relaxing as a family. The living room and balconies were enjoyed with game nights and sunset views. Perfect location for biking, beach days, and the fishing pier. I worked while my family explored and the WiFi was great. We will return for sure."

"This is a great beach vacation house. It has plenty of room for large families or groups. The house has a wonderful floor plan with amazing views from the top floor. We loved how close it was to the beautiful beach and pool. There were bike paths close by as well as restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this house to everyone!! We loved sitting in the colorful rocking chairs on the deck and enjoying the beautiful beach views! There is even a picnic table on the deck where we liked to eat dinner in the evening.
