Jim Kitts is the face of Carolina Beach Realty, both for our owners and guests, as well as around the community. He and his wife Jennifer came to the Carolina Beach area to raise their family, and to help her father with his small rental company. When he was ready to retire, they bought the company from him in 2004 and Carolina Beach Realty was born. Since then, Jim and the team have nurtured and grown the company to the premier vacation rental company in the area.
