**PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach & Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted two parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.
The number of guests on/at a property must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. Unauthorized groups exceeding the maximum occupancy at a property is considered a breach of contract and will result in immediate eviction. RVs and campers are NOT allowed at any property. Parking is limited--Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible when guests bring vehicles that exceed the maximum number of vehicles allowed at a property OR for oversized vehicles that are not compatible with a property.

Absolutely no events (weddings, receptions, reunions) or any other large gatherings are permitted at this home. Smoking is prohibited at all Carolina Beach Realty properties.

"Great views and perfect name - Great 2 bedroom condo with amazing views from the long living room/bed room balcony. Couldn’t have picked a better name for the building… every morning we watched the pelicans fly across the ocean at sunrise. Definitely our favorite part of every day.
Really nice mile walk on the beach to the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants close by, my favorite by far was Malama Cafe. All in all a very nice 2 bedroom unit. Management company was very responsive and respectful."

"Everything You Need! - This property was great and we had an amazing time! Our place was clean and provided everything we needed - even linens and beach chairs which many places don’t. We were steps from the beach and parking across the street wasn’t an issue at all. We prefer a less busy area, but it wouldn’t keep us from coming back."

"CB for 15th Anniversary - We visited CB for our belated 15th anniversary. It was nice being able to walk on the beach all alone. No crowds anywhere. Excellent food, just enough shops to keep up busy. And of course, the boardwalk and Britt’s Donuts. The condo was well equipped and had everything we need. The beds are a little hard, but we slept well. It was a wonderful but fast week! Wish we could have stayed!!"
