Upstairs on the third floor, you will find the master bedroom with queen size bed, end tables, ceiling fan, smart TV, private deck with table and chairs, outside ceiling fan, and 2 available hanging rope chairs. you will find the attached roomy master bath boasts dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower unit with modern shower spray head.

The rear guest bedroom with a double bed has a Kennedy Rocking Chair and small desk with a chair, ceiling fan, smart TV, and an attached complete private bath with tub/shower unit. The hallway closet between the two upper bedrooms contains the washer and dryer units for your usage.

Finally, after a day at the beach, or a day out fishing, or after a day of golf, or maybe just adventuring around town, you may want to enter into the back yard and rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading upstairs to finish off your day.
