The place was spacious and as described. The place could’ve been a little bit more spruced up. It was clean but seemed like it was cleaned some time before we arrived and didn’t smell so fresh. However, the management company was extremely responsive and very attentive. We even needed a broom brought to the place as a previous guest may have misplaced it and they immediately brought over a brand new one. The location was perfect. Quiet location but all the action is easily accessible. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would rent with Carolina Realty again.
