“Every week I get 3-5 solicitations from property management firms telling me all the wonderful things they can offer me if  I would just call them back. At the top of the list is how they can increase my income and that my vacation properties would do even better if they were allowed to manage them. The funny thing is three of those agencies seem to have forgotten that when I was searching for a property management company, I called them… they never returned my calls.

Carolina Beach Realty returned my call, drove to my property and did a walkthrough with me the same day. When I asked about projections for revenue and costs, that data was promptly provided to me. At the end of our first year, we were able to exceed the projections. Every step of the way Carolina Beach Realty was there to guide and support us in our journey into vacation rentals and together we have consistently exceeded our expectations.

Since that first property, we have repeated the process multiple times. Every opportunity has provided the exact same outcome… great services, great guidance, and great professionalism. I don’t think of Carolina Beach Realty as a “property management” or “vacation rentals” company.. I think of them as a business partner that has looked after my interests as if they were their own. I don’t make a move on my vacation portfolio without speaking to them first.. after all, they have provided me a decade of service that is yielding me a lifetime of benefits, why would I change? If you are not talking to them.. maybe you should be, in reference to the solicitations.. don’t forget to recycle.”
