Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. The HOA does allow for two guest parking passes, per guest visit. However, the Sand Pebbles HOA does not have assigned parking and cannot guarantee a parking space for any vehicle. The HOA recommends that guests only bring one vehicle during peak season. Sand Pebbles has 91 parking spaces and 72 units.
"Beautiful view - The condo does need some updates, but the view from our deck was worth it. We enjoyed watching the ocean each morning and evening from the the big oceanfront deck. The condo is close to everything you need. We were disappointed though that the private entrance to the beach and pool no longer locked. We did notice that people, who were not guests, were freely using the "private" beach entrance and pool. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time using this condo because of the beautiful view."
