"This is a location where we definitely would return. View was killer, very spacious. It's a duplex. . It was very clean. Front facing canal is all glass and view is really spectacular. Took a while for us to realize and find the power blinds that lower across entire front for nighttime privacy. Nothing is posted inside the unit about blinds, cable tv, etc. Beds were very comfortable too. We really did enjoy our stay. Looking back, there were only three of us for a mini 3 nighter and I do feel like the addtl fees are somewhat excessive. Could be in line with everything else in the area but there were no crowds, kids have gone back to school, definitely not high season."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The value for the money was by far the best part. It’s a big place with a water view and a dock for a very reasonable price. The beds had to be brand new because they were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked. The management company was very friendly and helpful. And the description and instructions were accurate and helpful. One negative is that they need an exterminator. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen (we had to throw away some food) and it was in another review too. And unfortunately we saw at least 10 cockroaches. It had just rained a lot, so it’s not concerning, but should be addressed by a professional exterminator. But we loved the place and would definitely book again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Great Time - We enjoyed our stay here. Please was nice, clean and well kept. Just like the pictures. We had 4 adult girls and didn't have any problems. Plenty of cookware, plates, utensils, glassware, bowls... This is the first place that cleans out everything like spices, trash bags...we had to bring everything but it tells you that. no worries.
beds were comfortable. Easy walk to beach or to downtown Carolina Beach. Loved being on the sound side to watch the boats. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and watching the boats go by. Plenty of parking.

"Beautiful inner coastal view - This was a nice rental that was perfect for the 4 of us. I initially thought this was an entire house, but realized this was a shared/split house after rented. No worries, because the neighbors are awesome! The dock and boat slip is shared as well and great to fish off of. The evening and morning view is absolutely beautiful!"

"great location if... - You don't mind not being ON the beach. Having a view of the inlet, the boats, and the lights at night and having our own dock was fantastic. The walk to the beach was short so to me you get to enjoy both views. We walked to the beach every morning to see the sunrise. The house was great. The area is good- everywhere we went the people were so nice and helpful. The property was clean and in great condition. There were a few small things that could use some attention but I think that is normal for any property and they did endure a hurricane the year before. We called about one problem and the property manager responded immediately and had someone there the next day and had it corrected within 24 hours. For a fact the sunset is nicer staying on the inlet- plus with a dock you can kayak or paddle around on a board- which we did- as well as fish. Pretty much anything you need is less than 10 minutes away."

"We loved the view of the water with this house from the 2 balconies. It is about a 2 block walk to the ocean and very close to the North End if you have a vehicle that can drive on the sand which we did. The beds were all comfortable. Grocery stores are all close by and you can buy fresh fish from the local seafood market. Nice house for the price."

"My family and I were very pleased with our stay. Everyone had plenty of space. Having 3 bathrooms was great even though one was slow to drain and one toilet kept stopping up. These were minor issues and would not stop us from renting again. The one big issue we had was that the AC unit stopped working but the rental agency sent some asap to repair it. The view from both balconies was beautiful and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed including a mixer and a crockpot. A couple of things I would recommend are a larger kitchen trashcan, broom and blinds on the sliding glass doors. Overall it was a great place to stay that I would recommend to family and friends looking for a place to rent."

"love the location, the beds slept comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, neighbors were really friendly, and the view of the harbor from the 2 decks are amazing. We did have a slow draining shower but thats expected at the beach with the sand. Overall, great place for the price, thanks again Carolina Beach Realty."
