The Grand Prize Winner will receive an off-season week’s vacation in one of our vacation rentals OR $500 off a stay anytime with Carolina Beach Realty. Seven (7) category winners will receive a $100 gift certificate good toward a stay anytime with Carolina Beach Realty.  The contest will be open for entries now through October 31, 2021.  Winners will be contacted via the email used to submit the photo, announced on our Facebook page & an official press release.

New for 2022: Refer a friend to submit photos to the contest for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate good toward a stay anytime with Carolina Beach Realty! Be sure that they list your name and email address in the Bonus Prize section of the entry form.

Categories:

  1. Sunsets: Sunsets in our area are truly magical, submit your favorite sunset photo you have captured.
  2. Beach Scenes: Submit your photos of your family enjoying the beach, any incredible wave photos you captured, and more!
  3. Pets: Submit your favorite photo of your 4-legged family member enjoying a vacation in our area.
  4. Landmarks: Submit your favorite photos of local landmarks that you have captured. This may include but is not limited to: lighthouses, piers, parks, houses- anything that you interpret as a Pleasure Island landmark.
  5. Sunrises: Sunrises in our area area truly magical, submit your favorite sunrise photo you have captured.
  6. Enjoying a Carolina Beach Realty Home: Submit your photos of you and your family enjoying a vacation in one of our Carolina Beach Realty homes! Don’t forget to mention the name of the home in your caption.
  7. Favorite Pleasure Island Businesses (restaurants, shops, etc): Submit photos of your favorite Carolina Beach or Kure Beach restaurants, shops, tour companies, etc.

Rules:

By submitting your photos, you agree to the Rules stated below:

  1. Photos must have been taken in Carolina Beach or Kure Beach.
  2. Please submit photos in a High-Resolution JPG format.
  3. Entries will be judged on the subject matter, quality of image, and composition. So pick your best photos for entry. You may enter as many photos as you like.
  4. Enter only photos taken by you or a family member and with permission of the family or other recognizable individuals in the photo.
  5. No professional photographers, please.
  6. By submitting your photos, you grant Village Realty Holdings, LLC permission to use your photo submission(s) for use in any of its marketing, advertising, or promotional materials at its discretion without payment or any other consideration.
  7. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
  8. Please do not submit any photos that have timestamps or text added.
  9. By submitting an entry you agree to receive email communications from Carolina Beach Realty. You may opt-out at any time.
