"Me and my wife stayed here on a last minute 4 day weekend and we are so glad that we chose this property . It is the perfect location to enjoy everything Carolina Beach has to offer while staying right on the beach. The condo was very clean and newly renovated and had a great view of the ocean! We really enjoyed the functionality of how close the condo was to the beach and that it was a short walk to the boardwalk too. The realty company communicated with us via text and email every step of the way. My only complaint is that the parking was a bit tight but we were still able to fit our half ton truck in the spot so most vehicles should be fine getting in and out, just be careful if you drive a bigger truck. All that being said, we will definitely be using this realty company and condo again in the future! Such a great condo for the price!"

"Very nice! When we first walked in everything looked & smelled so clean. Very well appointed with plenty of dishes, glasses & silverware. This is the first time I've rented that I didn't have to use anything I'd brought, extra TP, paper towels,... The only disappointment was seating on the deck. There were 4 of us & only seating for 2. We spent alot of time out there enjoying the view. It's such a nice big deck I'd suggest you add more seating g."
