"Nice, updated condo - We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated condo. We especially enjoyed the use of the hot tub and sitting outside on the patio area overlooking the pool. The decor was modern and tastefully done. One take away...the front yard lighting of the palm trees is beautiful and was helpful in finding our place at night. However, it was very bright in both front bedrooms at night making it difficult to fall asleep. As a vacation rental owner as well, I would suggest putting up black-out shades to help with the brightness. It will also help with early morning sun bouncing off the 2nd row homes. Overall, we found our stay to be enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you!"

"Stay - The accommodations were amazing and comfortable. The only thing I would change is that having small children above is running around, maybe a table or more patio furniture on deck, more pool furniture because the other people utilized most of it. Then the parking, one night they had 5 cars there and took one of our spots. Then lastly, maybe have more toilet paper available. The house well beautiful and very spacious for our trip! Loved the location as it was close to everything!"

"The house was beautiful and recently renovated. The space was big and bright. The pool was great and the walk out to the beach was perfect. A couple things of note: the photos are not updated, the house looks very modern beachy now and not like the photos listed. The other thing was minorly annoying, the lights are all controlled by remote and since the remotes are close together, they will control other lights near it: ie the upstairs neighbors can turn your light on an off when going to bed. We had a couple of issues while staying and Carolina Beach Realty was very responsive and able to take care of issues fast. I would recommend staying at this house to anyone."

"This place is breathtakingly beautiful! Perfect location! However, here are some things to note before you stay here to improve your experience:
1) Pack/shop for ALL essentials! (Kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc.) No soaps, sponges, floor mats, spices, etc. were in the house. We brought a lot, but still immediately had to pause our fun to do an extensive and expensive shopping trip to get even the items THEY required for checkout (i.e. dishwasher detergent)
2) The realty company is not very helpful. The lock code was wrong and the lady on the phone told us, “They are just telling me to re-read the instructions.” This set a poor first impression but the house and location quickly made up for it.
3) There were some child safety concerns in the house. Fragile decor was GLUED onto the floors and tables so they couldn’t be moved out of the way. There were also some exposed cables directly beside where a kid sleeps.
4) Toaster kept shorting out the kitchen outlets. Use only 1 side at a time."
