"Family Vacation - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this beautiful property. Spacious and well appointed and walk right out to the beach or sit by the pool. Lots of great options for drinks/dinner and shopping nearby. Very comfortable and a great relaxing getaway! Definitely recommend!"

"It was an awesome stay. There are a couple of things I could suggest. Bath mats for the bathroom showers and tubs. More than one dish towel. A chair or bench in the primary bedrooms where the beds are so high you can't sit on them to get dressed. And some hangers in the closets. Just simple things to make it a perfect stay. We'll certainly be back!"

"Great family gathering place - Great place to get all the grandkids together. Plenty of space for our group of 13. Lower can park 2. Upper can park 4 or 5 cars.
Split unit means lower 1st floor, then upper 2nd/3rd floor. We had the upper with the elevator. Lots of trips up and down stairs to cars, beach, trash, etc. Two levels of balcony/decks was amazing. Induction stove in use requires specific cookware.
Had most kitchen needs. A sharp paring knife is needed. Gas grill is ok. Showing its age. Elevator can be tricky. Interior gate must be closed immediately to avoid getting locked out. Need emergency tool and better instructions on elevator operations.
Overall great stay. Direct beach access with outdoor showers is awesome. Pool is really nice to have too."

"Great beach access with outdoor showers to remove sand. Great balconies & decks. Split unit 1st floor & 2nd/3rd with elevator. Lots of trips up & down stairs from upper unit. Lower unit - 2-3 cars. Upper unit 5 cars. Induction stove in use which requires using the correct pots n pans. Nicely furnished. Basic Kitchen utensils. Bring a sharp knife. Overall great place for a family gathering. Great response if an issue came up. A very positive experience."

"Great home with alot to offer - The house is very spacious and in a great location. We loved walking to the tiki hut at the pier and the beach was not crowded. Having the pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The house is very well stocked with cooking items and their was plenty of seating for our family of 15. Also plenty of parking ."

"Super family trip! - We had the best time! We had toddlers and elementary age grandchildren, our teenage daughter and our married children with us. The open concept, beautiful views and large bedrooms and bathrooms made it a perfect place for our family vacation. The deck overlooks the pool and the beach . Easy to find everyone if needed! We had umbrellas and chairs rented for the week which was so convenient. We played on the beach, in the ocean and at the pool. Easy to come in for lunch and go back out. The boardwalk area is a fun evening trip for the kids for ice cream and some rides. Drinks and music at rooftop bars for the older ones. We ate in but also had nice meals at Stoked, Havana’s and SeaWitch- all great! It’s a little over a mile to walk. Sometimes we walked, sometimes we rode in the car. Sometimes we stayed in and played games at the large dining room table or hung out on the deck. It was such a great trip- thank you!"

"Perfect Girls Getaway - We had a long girls weekend here and it comfortably fit everyone from sleeping to lounging and cooking and eating!! Perfect location for what we needed. Would definitely rent again!!"

"Exceeded our expectations! All of the rooms in the home were so roomy! The furnishings were comfortable and of good quality. We cooked most nights and the kitchen is well stocked for anything you might want to cook! (huge pots for low country boils, etc). The huge dining table was another plus as we could all sit together at dinner. And the gorgeous views of the beautiful Atlantic from all of the huge windows completed the awesomeness of this place."

"The living areas and decks offer the best view I have ever had in my 82 years of beach going! We loved the house in general, but we did miss having any type of normal television. Yes, each room had a TV set, but all you could get was streaming items, mostly very old shows from my youth and cartoon types for children. We felt cut off from both state and national news but fortunately did find a weather option that focused on the southeast. The absence of both network and cable news lowers our rating for the week."

"Very nice house! Well appointment finishings with high end appliances and furniture. Very clean and well maintained (no worn furnishings or scuffed up walls). 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping, 10 minutes to Food Lion. We all commented on what a nice house it was and how we really enjoyed our stay.There was a small glitch. The outside of the house was being cleaned just before we arrived and the linens did not get delivered before we checked in. We made a quick call to Carolina Realty and they had them delivered within a few minutes.The next time we visit Carolina Beach this house will be our 1st choice."

"This house was wonderful! We had 18 in our group and everyone was very comfortable. The beds/pillows and furnishings were very nice. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need and high quality. We cant wait to book it again sometime. The sofa is great!
