Carolina Charmer is an open and spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath duplex located just 2 short blocks from the beach. This property is located in a quiet are of Carolina Beach, however, it is a very short distance from many of the popular area attractions. Walk to the ocean front, walk to the very popular Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. In addition, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the many attractions it provides are all just a short distance from this location.

The home offers a fully stocked kitchen, large and comfortable living area and 1/2 bath on the bottom level. The living room offers satellite TV as well as a DVD/VCR. The balcony that is located just off the living area houses a gas grill, table and chairs with additional seating.

Upstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, master bath, TV and private balcony. The second bedroom offers a double bed, AM/FM radio and the third bedroom is outfitted with 2 twin size beds.
