Family Tides is a magnificent 4br/3.5ba home is located in the upscale Sea Watch community. Sea Watch offers a large community pool, community tennis courts, a playground for the little ones (all of which are located directly across the street from this home) and a community ocean front Gazebo and beach access.

This home offers many upgrades and amenities. Upon entering the home via the 2nd floor deck you will find the main living area, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked and offers all items necessary to prepare all of your meals. The living/dining room combination is open and offers plenty of room for family and friends to gather. You will also find a Flat screen cable TV, DVD player and an AM/FM radio. The living room opens onto the very large deck that is equipped with a picnic style table as well as another table that can accommodate up to 8 guests at meal times. this covered portion of the deck is usable during most ant type weather condition. The gas grill is located on this deck as well. The deck also offers uncovered areas, perfect for the sun bathers!!

In addition to the living areas the main floor also offers 1 of 2 master bedrooms. This room is equipped with a king size bed, a master bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub as well as a flat screen tv.

Additionally, there is a half bath as well as the laundry room (equipped with a full size washer and dryer) located on this floor.

Upstairs is where you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The room on the ocean side of the house offers 2 twin beds. This room opens onto another large deck. The second bedroom is furnished with a set of bunk beds. These 2 rooms share a full bath.

The bottom/ground floor is where you will find the 2nd master bedroom. This room is furnished with a queen size bed as well as a flat screen TV. There is a also a full master bath. The exterior downstairs portion of the home has a very nice "TiKi Bar" area. This is a great little hang out and sits beside the back yard, which is large enough for corn hole, horse shoes, throwing ball, sun bathing and more. Yards such as this are a rare amenity for beach houses!! In addition, a large outdoor shower is located adjacent the TiKi bar.
