Awesome views abound from the moment you enter this unit! When the tide comes in, you can hear it and feel as though you're on a yacht. This 1Bedroom, 1 Bath, condo boasts tremendous views of the ocean while comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. This unit offers all of the amenities necessary to make your vacation complete with all the extras to make your stay one for the memory books!!! This "Extra Clean" condo offers: a king size bed in the master bedroom with color cable TV; bunk beds with full size twin mattress in a hallway alcove; a complete and fully stocked kitchen to make meal preparation easy (all with oceanviews); oceanfront living room with color cable TV; and an oceanfront porch to read, relax, or watch dolphins from. The sandy beach and oceanfront pool are just outside your doorstep. The Fort Fisher state park is next door with the Fort Fisher Aquarium down the street. All of this making for the perfect place for that small family vacation, a private get away for 2 and everything in between. During 2011 new flooring, some fresh paint and bedding were just some of the updates that C-1 got. This unit is only offered for a limited number of weeks so plan now and do not hesitate! Renter reviews summer of 2011 and 2012: Another beautiful stay here in Wilmington! This condo was the greatest we've stayed in by far! It was super clean and the beds were amazing, just like at home. The decor was pretty as well, which is always a bonus. Personally, my favorite thing was falling asleep to the waves at night. It was so relaxing, such a great way to fall asleep. And the location was the best by far. Right smack dab on the beach, and so close to Fort Fisher and the museum. When we woke up, we all enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and watched the waves.
